The subject has been raised as to whether or not the LiveStrong bracelet will become passe. Or, if it really means anything. Or, why do you wear it?
If you are wearing the LAF bracelet as a fashion statement, then yes, sooner or later, it will become passe. If you only want one because your favorite athlete/rock star/actor/famous person is wearing one then, yeah, this too shall pass and something else will come along to catch your attention.
If you are wearing it for more personal reasons, then it doesn't really matter what anyone else thinks about it. Whether it's fashionable or not, is not even the point, at least for me.
I'm wearing mine because:
I support the fight against cancer, and all those who are dealing with the issue.
My father is a cancer survivor. He still has some issues because of the cancer.
My mother was just diagnosed with cancer.
I wear it as a reminder to live life to the fullest, cause you never know what will happen tomorrow. I wear Yellow.
